How do I know what size to order?
Just click on the Size Guide button on each product page and you can find the exact measurements of each article of clothing.
Where can I find your care instructions?
The specific care instructions can be found under the Care Instructions in each of the product pages.
▶︎ Some do's
‣ Always read the care label and washing instructions before washing your clothes.
‣ Arrange your laundry into groups with similar wash care instructions and organise into whites, darks and colours.
‣ The care label washing temperature is the highest permitted temperature. But if you're unsure, always wash at a lower temperature rather than higher.
▶︎ Some dont's
‣ Avoid using too much detergent.
‣ Do not use fabrics detergents which contain bleach.
‣ Do not tumble dry garments unless indicated on the care label.
‣ Do not iron prints, trims or embellishments.
‣ Do not leave garments with white and contrast coloured panels soaking for prolonged periods.
‣ Garments with metal trims should not be left to soak.

What types of payments do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, GCash and COD.
I am having trouble ordering from your site, what do I do?
While we do our best to ensure that our e-commerce experience is consistent, enjoyable, and functional across all modern browsers and devices, occasionally something small may not function properly on older browsers when an update to our code is pushed. If you are having trouble logging in, creating an account, or placing an order, we highly recommend you first restart your browser or simply trying another browser usually works. Shipping and Delivery
Where do you deliver to?
Currently, our logistics partner can only deliver packages within the Philipines.
How much is the standard shipping fee?
• Within Metro Manila - Free shipping for orders of at least Php2,500, otherwise a flat fee of Php150
• Outside Metro Manila - Free shipping for orders of at least Ph2,500, otherwise a flat fee of P250
Do you offer same day delivery?
Yes, we can do same day deliveries for orders made before the cutoff time. Packages will be sent thru Grab / Lalamove / Mr. Speedy, whichever on-demand courier is available for booking.
Same day deliveries can only be accommodated for orders made before 1PM. Only confirmed paid orders will be shipped out.
What are your shipping options?
For your convenience, we offer three shipping options -
1. FREE Standard Shipping on orders over P2,500.00 - Delivery time will vary depending on your location (3-5 days for Greater Metro Manila, 5-14 days for Visayas and Mindanao)
2. Standard Shipping on orders under P2,500.00 - Delivery time will vary depending on your location (3-5 days for Greater Metro Manila, 5-14 days for Visayas and Mindanao)
3. Same day delivery within Metro Manila for orders made before cutoff (Same day)

• Order processing time 1-2 business days
• Shipping time of approx 3-5 days (add an extra 1-2 days for remote areas)
Shipping times greatly vary based on the shipping method you select at Checkout and your actual location. We strongly encourage you to give ample lead time for your delivery to arrive.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Within the Philippines, we offer free shipping for orders greater than P2,500.00
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Note that we do not accept return due to change of mind. Returns are only accepted due to wrong size or color received.
Items purchased on 'Sale' are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Upon receipt of your item at our warehouse, we shall inspect the item/s for eligibility. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

How do I return something to you?
To start a return, you can contact us at our social media pages or our contact number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Makati City.
You can send us photos to the items and a detailed account on why you would like to initiate a return. Upon receipt of your message, we shall inspect the item/s for eligibility. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and no refund will be given.

Do you accept exchanges?
Exchanges due to change of mind will not be accepted.
How long do I have to return my item to get a refund?
7 days or less. After 7 days, the items will be unavailable to be returned or exchanged.
I received a faulty item, what do I do?
We do our very best to quality-check our orders, but due to the nature of our products mistakes occasionally happen.
Please return the item to us as soon as possible so we can get this sorted for you. Please get in touch with our Customer Care team and they will gladly help you further.
Worn your favourite item one too many times? Please bear in mind that all items are inspected on return, and those with wear and tear rather than a fault will not be refunded.

I have a missing or incorrect item in my order, what do I do?
If you have an item missing or incorrect item from your order, please let us know within 7 days of your order being delivered and we’ll do our best to help you. You can get in touch with us thru our social media pages or you can go to our contact us page.
